Note: This documentation will only be used to verify the reason for your cancellation or transfer request. All information will be kept confidential.

Should you need to cancel your trip, please review the following important details: Please note that supplier(s) may charge non-refundable cancellation fees, which can vary based on how close the cancellation is to your scheduled departure date. These fees are determined and collected directly by the supplier(s), not by me, and must be paid via credit card at the time of cancellation. A new credit card authorization form will be required to process any applicable cancellation fees.
